Your organization's dispatcher or operations team.
01 · Drivers

Three steps from assignment to delivery.

For W2 drivers, lease-on drivers with a freight carrier, and owner-operators (1099).

1 · Get the job

A dispatcher assigns a shipment or a move. It appears in your job list with pickup and drop-off, dates and handling notes.

2 · Pick up and travel

Record the vehicle pickup with photos of the number plate, odometer and fuel gauge. Trip recording starts, and the map shows your route and a live arrival estimate.

3 · Deliver with proof

Mark the delivery with a photo or PDF of the signed receipt or the delivered cargo, then record the vehicle return. Trip recording stops.

Each step lists the proof it needs before you can submit it, so nothing is missed on the way.

02 · Inspectors

Three steps to a completed inspection.

For inspectors checking household goods before a move is dispatched.

1 · Open the move

Your assigned moves are listed with the route and move details, and the inventory, appliance and vehicle lists.

2 · Remark every item

Add a written remark to each item. Remarks are final once saved.

3 · Complete

Complete becomes available once every item has a remark. The move can then be dispatched.

Each move has a chat with the operations team.

03 · Common questions

What field users ask first

01What happens when I lose signal?

Your trip's location points are saved on the phone and sent automatically when the signal returns.

Status updates, photos and documents need a connection. If one cannot be sent, the app tells you and you try again once you have signal.

02When is my location recorded?

Only during a trip: from vehicle pickup to vehicle return, about every 30 seconds. The app explains this before asking for permission, and your phone shows when recording is on.

03Who can see my location?

Only people in your organization with a reason to: administrators and quote managers, the dispatcher of your trip, the customer for their own shipment, and you.

04How do I get access?

W2 drivers are set up by their employer. Owner-operators and freight-carrier drivers apply through their operating company and are approved before they can sign in. Mobile access is included for work your organization sponsors; see Pricing.

05Can I use two-step sign-in?

Yes. If your account has multi-factor authentication turned on, the app asks for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
