One movement is one activated production assignment, including its legs and authorized partner views. Taxes, implementation, third-party services and premium consumption are additional. Available features and countries are confirmed in your proposal.
Government deployment options are scoped to customer security and procurement requirements. Marketplace availability and cloud hosting do not by themselves establish application authorization.

Mobile access is part of the plan
The app download is free. Customers, drivers, crews, inspectors and partner contacts don't need a license of their own to complete a movement your organization has paid for. Administrator access still needs a role assignment and multi-factor sign-in.
Billing terms
- Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of the billing period.
- Annual plans are prepaid at ten times the monthly fee.
- Usage beyond your allowance is billed monthly in arrears. Unused movements don't roll over.
- You're alerted at 50%, 80% and 100% of your included volume. An active movement is never stopped because of a billing threshold.
- Users are unlimited within contracted fair-use limits. Separate companies with independent access use their own tenants.
- Countries and production features follow the supported deployment matrix confirmed in your proposal.
Low volume or seasonal work? Ask about a network-sponsored participant account or a seasonal plan; Launch isn't always the lowest-cost choice.
