Information we receive

This website does not require an account. When you book a demo or meeting, we receive the details you enter in the booking form: your name, work email, company, the product and deployment option you are interested in, any message you add, the time you choose and your time zone. When you request a proposal, we receive your name, work email and organization, the deployment path and plan you choose, and any approximate monthly movements, countries, existing systems, security requirements or message you add. We receive similar information when you email us.

This website and its booking service are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which may record technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested in server logs.

How we use it

We use the information you send to respond to your enquiry, schedule the demonstration or meeting you book, prepare the proposal you request, and discuss licensing or integration. We do not ask for shipment locations, personal relocation details or sensitive government information through this website, and ask that you do not send them.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Bookings are scheduled through Google Workspace: your details are added to a Google Calendar event with a Google Meet link, and the calendar invitation is sent to the email address you enter. We may also share information with other service providers who help us operate the website and handle enquiries, and where required by law.

Our service providers, including AWS and Google, may process information in the United States.

Your choices

Booking details stay in our calendar and email records while we follow up on your enquiry. You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you have sent us by emailing contact@globiquity.ai.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest revision.
